This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?

Unfortunately, the A/C in our first room was noisy, detracting from an otherwise comfortable stay.

The breakfast offered a variety of satisfying options.

Upon check-in, we were told our suite wasn't ready, and we waited longer than expected. The room we received had a malfunctioning TV and a window that fell out when opened. To make matters worse, we discovered a cockroach in the bathroom sink, which was quite distressing.

The hotel was overall comfortable and quiet.

We had a fantastic stay, especially enjoying the spacious King Studio with a comfortable sofa bed and the amazing variety of food during breakfast. however, the pool could use some maintenance.

The hotel had a clean room and a friendly staff that helped us settle in. The breakfast spread was quite delightful, and we enjoyed relaxing in the nice pool area where some of my colleagues and kids could unwind after a long day.

My kids wished there were more activities for them at the hotel.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed was spacious and perfect for our family. Each of my boys had their own beds. The kitchen was well-equipped for meal prep. Breakfast offered a variety of satisfying options. Staff were kind and attentive. 😊

The Residence Inn provided a comfortable stay with a spacious two-bedroom suite that had well-organized living areas. Each bathroom offered a tub and the bedding was exceptionally clean and cozy. The kitchen was equipped with full-size appliances including a dishwasher, and the hotel had a pleasant pool and hot tub. The breakfast variety was satisfying, featuring hot options like eggs and sausage.

The kitchen lacked sufficient cookware, requiring an additional purchase.

The suite was impressively spacious, allowing each of us to have our own bed, which was a huge plus while traveling with kids. The kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, made meal prep easy, while the breakfast options exceeded typical expectations, with standout waffles and a variety of hot items available. However, the A/C unit in our room was noisy and detracted from the overall comfort, and the distance to nearby dining options was a slight inconvenience. Still, the well-lit parking gave a great sense of security.

The King Studio had excellent amenities, but check-in issues were frustrating.
